Cancellation Policy

Please call the salon should you need to change your booking. Any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the booking start time are liable to be charged at up to 100% of the booking value.

Where 3 retail products are purchased, the 3 for the price of 2 offer applies, in which case the product with the least value of the 3 being purchased will be free of charge.

Gift boxes for clients who spend over £70 on retail products are subject to stock availability.
